Job summary

Switch Recruit (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng is seeking a hands-on Driver Manager to own a dedicated fleet of owner-drivers within a fast-paced last mile logistics operation. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within logistics, fleet operations, transport management or last mile delivery environments.
• Experience with route management, driver performance monitoring and delivery optimisation systems.
• Strong driver management experience including coaching, compliance management, performance monitoring and real time issue resolution.
• Ability to manage owner-drivers or delivery teams within a high volume, service driven operation.
