• Strong driver management including coaching, compliance management, performance monitoring and real time issue resolution.
• Experience in reporting using MS Excel.

Strong driver management experience, including coaching, compliance management, performance monitoring and real time issue resolution. Demonstrated ability to manage owner-drivers or delivery teams within a high volume, service driven operation. Experience in reporting using MS Excel.
