• Minimum of 3 years' experience within logistics, fleet operations or last mile environments.
• Proven experience with route management, driver performance monitoring and delivery optimisation systems.
• Strong driver management including coaching, compliance management, performance monitoring and real time issue resolution.
• Experience in reporting using MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance, compliance, engagement and productivity of approximately 17 drivers.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency in a high‑volume, service‑driven operation.
