Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking an expert in Learning & Skills Development Management on a fixed-term contract to lead learning interventions delivery and reporting. You will ensure compliance with Skills Development and BBBEE legislation, align plans with business needs, and manage vendor relationships for effective training programs.

You will develop and execute the training plan, monitor budget targets, and compile compliance reports and scorecards to demonstrate impact and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, education, or related field.
• 5-10 years related experience with training and management in a professional environment.
• Experience in managing programmes and vendors.
• Experience in implementing programmes and processes to achieve Skills Development Act / BBBEE SD targets.
• Knowledge of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, and evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse development needs analysis outputs to identify demand for learning programmes.
• Develop a learning plan to meet needs, scorecard, training plan and budget targets.
• Manage Academies (People, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, R&D, Customer & Supply Chain).
• Consult with P&OE Managers to align with operational requirements when scheduling learning interventions.
• Oversee scheduling and uploading of learning interventions in LMS and report attendance.
• Provide content to P&OE Managers to market/communicate scheduled events.
• Secure vendors/providers or internal facilitators for learning events.
• Manage pre-assessment processes to meet programme SLAs.
• Develop metrics for evaluating training programmes and improving offerings.
• Prepare monthly training statistics and submit Workplace Skills Plan and AT Report.
• Align skills development to BBBEE SD targets and legislative requirements.
• Develop and execute quality assurance to meet SETA requirements.
• Manage grant applications and recovery processes under Workplace Skills Plan.
