• Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable)
• RE5 certification (essential)
• Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Established client base (advantageous)
• Strong business development and networking capability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Own reliable transport
