Absa Group is seeking a high-performing Financial Adviser in Bloemfontein who is FAIS Fit & Proper compliant with RE5 certification. This seasoned professional will maximise earnings through a fully commission-driven model, while building and serving an existing client base and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will provide holistic financial planning, deliver tailored investments, risk and insurance solutions, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• FAIS Fit & Proper compliance is mandatory.
• RE5 certification required.
• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Own reliable transport required.

Minimum Requirements

• Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable)
• RE5 certification (essential)
• Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Established client base (advantageous)
• Strong business development and networking capability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Own reliable transport
