NHS Ayrshire & Arran in Aberdeen is seeking a Catering Production Assistant to join the main production kitchen at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The role is part-time with evenings and a 7 days on/7 days off rota, totaling 14 hours weekly.

Responsibilities include cleaning equipment and kitchen areas, plating patient meals, basic food handling, and other kitchen porter duties. On-the-job training is provided to successful applicants.

CATERING PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Part-Time, Evenings

14 hours per week. 7 days on, 7 days off rota.

Band 2: £14.22 per hour starting rate

An opportunity has arisen for a catering production assistant to join the team in the main production kitchen at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

This role will predominantly involve; cleaning equipment & kitchen, plating patient meals, basic food handling, and other kitchen porter type duties.

Previous experience of working within a busy catering environment or cleaning operation that is physically demanding will be an advantage, although on the job training is provided.
