Job summary

Staff Solutions in Centurion seeks a procurement professional with a degree in Supply Chain Management to source materials, evaluate suppliers, and support tender submissions. You will build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity and optimal pricing across projects.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, supporting QS pricing for bids, and onboarding new suppliers while coordinating procurement with multiple branches.

• Assist the FMS Division with subcontractor pricing and procurement-related requirements.
• Liaise with all company branches regarding procurement requirements and new purchase orders.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, rebates, and contractual terms with suppliers and strategic partners.
• Support the onboarding of new suppliers.
• Perform any other duties reasonably aligned with the incumbent’s qualifications, experience, and the operational requirements of the role.
