On Line Personnel is seeking a hands-on Junior Warehouse Controller in Port Elizabeth to support day-to-day warehouse operations. The role focuses on receiving, stock control, picking, staging, loading and dispatch, ensuring accurate and safe handling of goods.

The successful candidate will have matric, warehouse experience, strong numerical and administrative skills, computer literacy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Matric required.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience with stock control, receiving and dispatch.
• Good numerical and administrative ability with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and dispatching of goods and ensure all movements are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate the preparation, picking and staging of goods for delivery.
• Assist with loading and offloading vehicles and ensure goods are handled correctly.
• Monitor the movement of stock through the warehouse and report delays or operational issues.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documentation.
• Capture and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Assist with regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are correctly labelled, identified and stored.
• Record damaged, returned or short-delivered goods and bring discrepancies to management’s attention.
