Job summary

Kempston Group is seeking a Junior Site Manager to oversee operations at a site in Qonce (King William's Town). You will manage the forecourt, shop and other profit centers, ensure daily sales are banked, and supervise staff to maintain service standards.

You will handle stock control, asset management, compliance with franchise and statutory regulations, and reporting to Head Office. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end site management and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Valid Driver's License recommended.
• Knowledge of fuel industry advantageous.
• Experience in staff management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and operations for Forecourt, Shop and other profit centers.
• Manage staff welfare, recruitment, discipline and rosters.
• Drive fuel and shop sales with focus on gross margin.
• Control stock including shrinkage, wastage, ordering and merchandising.
• Ensure daily sales are accounted for and banked intact.
• Maintain asset register and physical assets.
• Ensure franchise compliance for sites included.
• Handle customer service, complaints and related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Head Office, statutory and legal regulations.
• Provide regular reporting to Head Office (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Perform additional duties as required.

Our client is seeking a Junior Site Manager to manage one of their sites in Qonce (King William's Town)

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 Valid Driver's License Management and Fuel Industry knowledge will be advantageous The Employees roles and responsibilities will be the following, but not limited toothere:

• General Site Overview: Administration and Operational management and control over the Forecourt, Shop and all other Alternate Profit Centers at the Sites.
• Staff welfare, recruitment, discipline, rosters, and any other staff related issues that are required.
• Fuel and shop sales management Gross Profit Margin Management.
• Stock Management and Control, including, but not limited to; shrinkage, wastage, ordering, merchandising etc.
• Ensure Daily Sales are all accounted for and "Banked intact".
• Asset management accounted for and maintained.
• Compliance - ensuring all Franchise Compliance requirements are met for Franchises that may be included at any of the sites.
• Including customer service, complaints and / any other customer related issues.
• Compliance with Head Office, Statutory and any other Legal Regulations.
• Reporting to Head Office as and when required (daily, weekly, monthly, incidents, etc.)
• All-encompassing and not limited to the above scope of work.
