Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Bellville seeks a detail-focused Rebate Controller to manage Variable Trade Allowance spend. You will capture all variable trading term agreements in SAP, ensure accurate provisions, and calculate rebate payments for approval by the Trade Allowance Controller.

Responsibilities include compiling Trade Agreement Summaries, validating rebate deductions against trading terms, processing settlements, and addressing customer queries. Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs and policies.

Qualifications

Experience in FMCG finance or trading terms.
2 years minimum experience.
Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Create Rebate, Distribution & Growth agreements in SAP.
Compile Trade Agreement Summary.
Validate customer rebate deduction claims against trading terms.
Calculate rebate settlements for payment.
Process all rebate settlements for payment for approval & release by Trade Allowance Controller.
Handle Customer Variable Trade Allowance queries.
Investigate and provide comments on monthly Rebate Recon discrepancies and execute corrective action.
Comply to SOPs, SLAs and policies.
Internal, External and SARS audits & accountability actions.
Park journals for FIFO & Variable Trade Allowance adjustments.
