Key Responsibilities
- Assist in marketing and promoting properties within our new developments.
- Help with the preparation and running of show houses and property viewings.
- Shadow senior agents on client meetings, negotiations, and contract signings to learn best practices.
- Respond to initial client inquiries and provide basic information about properties.
- Administrative and support tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on various platforms.
- Follow up on generated leads.
- Prepare and manage sales-related paperwork and client files under supervision.
- Conduct market research to assist the team in understanding local property trends and competitor offerings.
- Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3-5 years in real estate.
- Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is a minimum requirement. A relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transport is a plus.
