Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in marketing and promoting properties within our new developments.
  • Help with the preparation and running of show houses and property viewings.
  • Shadow senior agents on client meetings, negotiations, and contract signings to learn best practices.
  • Respond to initial client inquiries and provide basic information about properties.
  • Administrative and support tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on various platforms.
  • Follow up on generated leads.
  • Prepare and manage sales-related paperwork and client files under supervision.
  • Conduct market research to assist the team in understanding local property trends and competitor offerings.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3-5 years in real estate.
  • Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is a minimum requirement. A relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
