You will support the Purchasing Manager, source products, manage supplier communications, and maintain inventory records in a dynamic online retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Interest in e-commerce, retail, and purchasing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Purchasing Manager in identifying and contacting potential suppliers.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate data entry into the inventory system.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and follow up on delays or issues.
• Maintain product information and pricing databases.
• Conduct market research on product trends and competitor pricing.
• Assist with quality control of incoming goods.
• Provide admin support to the purchasing department.
• Help prepare reports on purchasing activities and inventory levels.
• Learn and adhere to company procurement policies and procedures.
