You will support project managers to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget while developing essential PM skills in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Keen interest in project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and milestones, identifying risks and issues.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring files are organized and accessible.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Support procurement and management of project resources and vendors.
