Placements24 is seeking an organized Operations Manager with a project management focus to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple internal and external projects in Kimberley. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure quality standards are met across all initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or operations management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills to drive project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations management with a project focus.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion within time and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders and vendors throughout the project duration.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures for all projects.
• Facilitate project review meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
