Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with mathematics is a prerequisite.
• 1–2 years’ HR admin or payroll experience required.
• Experience with time and attendance systems and ESS.
• Knowledge of South African payroll legislation (BCEA, UIF, PAYE, etc.).
• Accounting knowledge for payroll reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process appointment documents within SLA time requirements.
• Coordinate HR information, communications and training sessions as required.
• Liaise with benefits providers as required.
• Load employee profiles onto the payroll system.
• File HR-related documentation and maintain employee records.
• Process termination documentation and soft benefits.
• Assist with HR administration and projects as required.
