Job summary

BLU by Adcorp SA in South Africa seeks a Business Development Manager to expand the partner network, including resellers, installers, ISPs and technology partners, within an assigned territory.

You will identify new partners, activate inactive ones, and build strong commercial relationships to develop new business opportunities through the partner channel, leveraging the eKit portfolio.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, marketing, ICT or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or related ICT role.
• Ability to translate technical information for presentations to partner executives.
• Ability to present technology to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and recruit suitable new resellers, installers, ISPs and technology partners within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and developing partners, supporting their onboarding, engagement and activation.
• Understand partner business models, customer requirements and market opportunities, and identify opportunities to grow business through the eKit portfolio.
• Promote and support the sales of eKit solutions across networking, Wi-Fi, fibre and collaboration technologies, with appropriate support from internal technical resources where required.
• Develop sales opportunities together with partners and support the opportunity through the commercial sales process, working closely with distribution and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate partner, customer and opportunity information, conduct regular partner engagement activities and continuously develop product, industry and sales knowledge.
