Job summary

Santam is seeking a Junior Motor Parts and Process Specialist to support the motor claims parts value chain in Pretoria/Johannesburg. You will help manage motor parts data, assist in quoting solutions, and drive process improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with motor parts data and parts types (OE, OEE, ALT, Used OEM).
• Ability to develop, maintain and enhance parts-related reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in supplier engagement and vendor management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Claims Specialist in motor parts sourcing solutions.
• Analyse operational and performance reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with the investigation of motor damage quoting solution order queries.
• Develop integrated solutions to enhance process efficiencies and stakeholder experience.
