About the Internship Programme

This structured internship programme is aimed at empowering unemployed youth through workplace learning and development.

Programme Duration

• N6 TVET Internship: 18 Months
• NCV Level 4 Internship: 12 Months

Monthly Stipend

• R3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised
• Draw stock requirements
• Monitor product quality, stock rotation, vintage, and pricing
• Execute merchandising activities according to cycle briefs
• Record merchandising activities accurately
• Provide feedback on customer queries and complaints
• Maintain product and promotional knowledge
• Execute calls according to the call cycle

Minimum Requirements

• Must be between 18–28 years old
• Must have an NCV Level 4 in Office Administration, Management, Transport & Logistics, IT, Finance. OR
• N6 TVET Certificate in Business Management, Marketing Management, and Management Assistant.
• Must require workplace experience to complete studies
• Must be willing to learn and grow professionally
• Must reside in or near Secunda, Mpumalanga
• No previous work experience required
