Our client is a leading international mining organisation focused on the responsible development and production of critical minerals. They are seeking a Junior to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their project team at a major tin mining operation near Sorris-Sorris, Namibia.

The role requires practical Quantity Surveying and commercial experience within a mining, construction, industrial or infrastructure environment, with strong exposure to cost control, procurement and contract administration.

• Diploma, BSc, BTech or BCom in Quantity Surveying or a related qualification.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience within mining, construction, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Mining or mineral processing experience will be advantageous.
• Experience with Bills of Quantities, measurements, valuations and cost estimates.
• Knowledge of project cost control, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with variations, claims and change orders.
