Ingenious Holdings Pty Ltd in South Africa is seeking a driven Junior Sales Representative to join our industrial and equipment division. You will build new relationships, grow sales and support existing clients in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Formación

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• A relevant sales, marketing or business qualification will be advantageous.
• 2–3 years' sales or business development experience is expected.
• Experience within industrial, equipment, automotive, technical or related environment is advantageous.
• Proven ability or strong interest in generating new business.
• Comfortable with cold calling, canvassing and approaching potential clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive.
• Good administrative and computer skills, including MS Office.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client visits.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct client visits to understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing and availability.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales.
• Achieve agreed sales and new business development targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Prepare call reports and provide regular feedback on sales activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful order fulfilment.
• Keep up to date with products, market trends and competitor activity.
