Lotus HR And Recruitment seeks an Events Supervisor for a leading branded marketing and promotional warehousing and distribution operation in Cape Town. You will oversee warehouse activities, ensure stock accuracy and drive SOP compliance while coordinating event-related logistics.

Ideal candidates have Matric, warehouse experience, and proficiency with WMS/CRM and Excel. A valid driver’s license and clean record are preferred for site-based work in the Western Cape.

Our client, a leading branded marketing and promotional warehousing and distribution company, seeks to employ an Events Supervisor to join this progressive and expanding professional team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have completed Matric coupled with relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management and team supervision
• Proven experience in receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, stock control and warehouse operations
• You will have strong WMS, CRM/ticketing systems and advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
• A focus on stock accuracy, quality control, operational efficiency and compliance with company SOPs will be required
• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
