Qualifications

• Experience in mining industry and established customer network advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CRM system advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Punctual, self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow product sales and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain a database of customers and prospects.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and budgets.
• Manage sales forecasts while maintaining margin objectives.
