Job summary

DP World in Johannesburg seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support CRM, automate reporting, and ensure data quality for the Africa Logistics Commercial team.

The role provides hands-on analytical and admin support to move from reactive to proactive, enabling data-driven decisions by the CCO and stakeholders. You will also assist with pipeline analysis and governance across the opportunity lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' relevant experience in a sales operations, CRM administration, commercial reporting, or business analyst role.
• Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, or similar).
• Experience with pipeline, forecasting, or commercial performance data.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modelling) and reporting tooling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data integrity and governance to improve data quality.
• Produce and maintain recurring commercial reports (pipeline, forecast, win/loss) accurately and on time.
• Support CRM adoption through training and issue resolution with the user network.
• Provide analytical support for budgets, commercial effectiveness measurements and strategic initiatives.
