Job summary

Pernod Ricard South Africa is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide a single, reliable view of end-to-end supply chain performance across Africa, translating data into actionable insights and coordinating cross-functional activities.

You will develop dashboards, validate data, drive cost-to-serve analysis and support transformation efforts while collaborating with planning, sales, finance, IT and country teams to improve service, cost, visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, planning or operations analysis.
• Strong FMCG experience in multi-market operations.
• Experience with cross-border logistics and cost analytics.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in centralised or regional models.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standard dashboards covering OTIF, cost, inventory, lead time, transport and service performance.
• Consolidate SCM KPIs across Africa and deliver period reports.
• Validate, reconcile and govern data across ERP, planning, tracking and reporting platforms.
• Lead monthly and quarterly cost-to-serve reviews and analyze logistics spend.
• Develop SOPs and drive Lean and continuous improvement.
• Support transformation initiatives with change management and adoption of new tools.
