Qualifications

• BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in credit risk management, collections, or financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic management understanding is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to banking or finance environment.
• Knowledge of credit control systems or software.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding accounts and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements.
• Ensure collections are conducted in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
