Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed.
• LLB degree from an accredited university.
• Admitted Conveyancer and Notary Public.
• 2–3 years related experience as a conveyancer/notary.
• 2 years post-admission conveyancing experience in bond and transfer registrations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to signature of transfer and bond documents for major banks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct signatures at Paarl and Durbanville offices or client locations.
• Prepare and register long-term lease agreements (notarial leases) and give legal advice.
• Prepare and register ante-nuptial contracts and perform other notarial work.
