• 2 years' work experience in campaign administration and/or support or similar within marketing, data or sales departments.
• Knowledge of below-the-line campaign coordination.
• Matric and a relevant post-matric qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage initiatives, campaigns and stakeholders to ensure timeous delivery.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure data is received as requested from the data team.
• Execute Customer Life Cycle Management strategies end-to-end across campaigns.
• Monitor and report campaign performance across SMS, email and In-App messaging.
