Job summary

RESRG Automotive seeks a data/functional analyst to provide SAP support, gather business requirements, and develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel. You will extract and validate data from SAP, contribute to process improvements, and support UAT and system enhancements.

The role requires 1–3 years in a related analytics/BA role, with SAP exposure and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Prior manufacturing or automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Exposure to SAP.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Basic SQL knowledge would be advantageous.
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience would be beneficial.

YOUR ROLE:

Key Performance areas:

• Business analysis & SAP support
• Support plant users with SAP-related queries and system-related issues.
• Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Exposure to SAP.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
