The role focuses on gathering requirements, building dashboards in Power BI, and supporting business systems, with a strong emphasis on data quality and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Exposure to SAP and data analytics.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
• Basic SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for SAP-related queries and business system issues.
• Assist with gathering and analysing business requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.
• Extract, validate, and analyse data from SAP and other business systems.
• Support process improvement, reporting automation, and data quality initiatives.
• Participate in UAT, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects.
• Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Work with various departments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
