Qualifications

• 1–3 years outbound B2B sales or related experience.
• Confident speaking to business decision-makers by telephone.
• Strong written communication for personalised email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g., Pipedrive).
• Ability to research target companies and contacts independently.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies and ICP-based prospects.
• Identify relevant decision-makers.
• Build and maintain prospect lists; stay organized.
• Run outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and arrange discovery meetings.
• Record activity and pipeline in the CRM.
• Follow up and nurture longer-term opportunities.
• Re-engage former clients and dormant prospects where appropriate.
