Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and build pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel: sourcing ideal accounts, identifying decision makers and booking qualified discovery calls with our Account Executives.

You'll craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and continually test messaging to sharpen targeting with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written communication skills and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and building targeted contact lists.
• Familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
