Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 is required.
• Currently completing or has obtained a formal Credit Management qualification is essential.
• 2-5 years of credit control experience performing the full credit control function.
• SAP ERP and CRM experience is a requirement.

• Payment allocations to be completed within set turnaround times.

• Recommend customers for handover/collection.
• Record keeping notes/customer records must be digitally maintained in the SAP system per policy and legal storage requirements.
• Ongoing communication and collaboration with other departments informing them of account status.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Currently completing or has obtained a formal Credit Management qualification is essential
• Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in business/finance is advantageous
• 2- 5 years of credit control experience doing the full credit control function
• SAP ERP and CRM experience is a requirement
