Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Currently completing or has obtained a formal Credit Management qualification is essential.
• 2-5 years of credit control experience performing the full credit control function.
• SAP ERP and CRM experience is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Credit application approvals and ongoing vetting of credit limits.
• Monitor and release blocked orders as a high priority to ensure continued excellent customer service.
• Payment allocations to be completed within set turnaround times.
• Manage account queries and respond accurately to internal and external queries via all channels.
• Collection of overdue accounts.
• Recommend customers for handover/collection.
• Record keeping notes/customer records must be digitally maintained in the SAP system per policy and legal storage requirements.
• Ongoing communication and collaboration with other departments informing them of account status.
