Pedros is offering a SPARKS Graduate Internship in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal. This program provides mentorship from our leaders and a development journey to help you learn, grow, and excel in the fast-paced chicken franchise industry.

As a SPARKS Graduate Intern, you will gain real-world experience, contribute to operations projects, and have the opportunity for permanent employment based on dedication and results at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Completed degree (NQF7) in Business Admin or relevant field.
• Certified copy of ID, highest qualification and transcript.
• SA citizen, aged 22–28 years.
• Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player, capable of working independently.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to demonstrate creative and effective solutions to challenge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the SPARKS Graduate Internship program and learn on the job.
• Receive mentorship from leaders and take on developmental assignments.
• Contribute to projects that support store operations and growth.
