Job summary

GrowthArch invites unemployed graduates to join its Graduate Internship Programme to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world objectives within a dynamic Gauteng environment. Interns will contribute to strategic projects while developing essential professional skills.

Participants will engage in project coordination, research and data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements, while building workplace readiness and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree, BTech, Honours or equivalent.
• Be currently unemployed and available for the duration of the programme.

The Graduate Internship Programme aims to provide unemployed graduates with meaningful workplace exposure, professional development opportunities as well as practical experience within a dynamic business environment. Interns will gain hands-on experience, industry knowledge and mentorship while contributing to strategic business objectives.

Minimum requirements

Applicants must:

• Be South African citizens.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree, BTech, Honours or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
• Be currently unemployed and available for the duration of the programme.
• Have not previously participated in a similar graduate internship programme for more than 12 months.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
