Communicare is seeking a Property Development And Investment Learner to support the PDI team in Pinelands, Cape Town. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, help manage housing project portfolios, and contribute to research on property markets and investment opportunities.

The role emphasizes reporting, documentation, and presentations, while developing skills in tenant support programs and portfolio management for an impactful social housing portfolio.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in Property Studies or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Property Development & Investment (PDI) team with day-to-day tasks
• Supporting project management of housing developments
• Conducting research and analysis on property markets and investment opportunities
• Assisting with tenant support programs and housing portfolio management
• Preparing and updating reports, documents, and presentations

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Property Studies
• Valid driver's license (and own vehicle advantageous)
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
