Tree of New Beginnings is seeking a Junior/Entry Level candidate to start a career in property management. You will report to a Manager and gain hands-on experience across rentals, maintenance and inspections.

The role is ideal for a motivated school leaver with a valid SA driver’s licence, own vehicle, and readiness to travel between sites. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• Valid South African driver’s licence is essential.
• Own reliable vehicle is essential.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and other digital communication tools for business purposes.
• Able and willing to travel between properties during the working day.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate between tenants, contractors and property owners.
• Conduct property inspections and follow up on outstanding work.
• Learn about property management, rentals and maintenance.
• Support day-to-day property operations and tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able and willing to travel between properties during the working day.

Salary: R9000 – R12 000.00 (Petrol cost reimbursed)
