Job summary

Sage is seeking a motivated Customer Service Registration Intern for its Midrand offices. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, capturing registration data, and providing activation keys for Sage 300cloud, Sage CRM and Sage 200 Evolution in a high-pressure environment.

You will work with the Product Registration Services team to ensure accurate licenses and information are communicated to customers, maintain data integrity, and assist with registration processes across

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual who is ready to make a real impact?.We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Registration Intern to join our team at our Midrand Offices.What will the programme look like?A product Registration Consultant’s primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service, capture and maintain accurate customer product registration information on NetAdmin database,Summary of the Role.To provide accurate & complete registration information/ licenses or Product Activation keys to our customers in a highly pressurized environment. The Product Registration Services department provides registration codes telephonically, via webforms & via email correspondence for Sage 300cloud suite, Sage CRM suite and Sage 200 Evolution suite/packages

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work on Microsoft Office products, any other Accounting Software will be an added advantage
• Knowledge or understanding of Sage 300cloud, Sage CRM and Sage 200 Evolution Packages is an added advantage
• Strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail
• Strong trouble-shooting and excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
• Patience with dealing with client queries and the ability to handle repetitive tasks
• The ability to work within a team as a team player
• Always be up to date with product changes and developments
