Job summary

Sage is seeking a motivated Customer Service Registration Intern for its Midrand offices. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, capturing registration data, and providing activation keys for Sage 300cloud, Sage CRM and Sage 200 Evolution in a high-pressure environment.

You will work with the Product Registration Services team to ensure accurate licenses and information are communicated to customers, maintain data integrity, and assist with registration processes across

Qualifications

• A grade 12 matric certificate.
• Must have a degree or diploma in IT/ Software Development/ Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide accurate registration information.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer product registration information on NetAdmin database.
• Provide registration codes telephonically, via webforms & via email for Sage 300cloud, Sage CRM and Sage 200 Evolution.
