Job summary

Sage Midrand Offices in Johannesburg is offering an internship for a Registrations Consultant role focused on guiding customers through the registration process for accounting and payroll products. Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a degree or diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Business Management.
• Microsoft Office functionality required.
• Excellent communication, strong customer focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• All inbound incidents received through Netadmin/Evolution are to be completed by close of business unless unavoidable.
• Keep Abandoned Calls at 5% or less during off-peak times and 10% during peak times.
• Ensure first call resolution through proper troubleshooting and QA adherence.
• Provide professional customer service on each call per QA policies and procedures.
• Handle administration tasks and adhere to Sage Pastel policies and procedures.
• Attend required training and coaching sessions and mandatory meetings.
