Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) completed.
• Minimum 1 year IT Technician experience.
• Knowledge of PC hardware and diagnostics.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and common business software.
• Valid driver’s license (essential).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Assist with network setup, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Support data and systems management processes.
• Resolve IT-related issues and service requests.
• Assist with laptop and PC setup for new employees.
