Placements24 is seeking an Account Development Representative to join our IT Services sales team in the Polokwane area. This entry-level role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and initiating conversations with prospective clients.

You will learn to articulate IT service value, qualify leads, and set discovery calls for our senior sales team, in a hybrid office/remote setup in Polokwane region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related field is beneficial.
• Ability to learn and articulate IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify and engage potential IT service clients.
• Research companies and contacts to understand their business needs and challenges related to IT infrastructure and services.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT services and solutions.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule discovery calls or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
