About the Role

Our client, a specialized recruitment consultancy based in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga , is looking for a dedicated IT Project Manager Recruitment Specialist to focus on sourcing top-tier talent for demanding project-based roles. This role requires a sharp understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), tools, and the ability to identify candidates with proven track records of successful project delivery. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and related roles for clients in the Mpumalanga region and beyond. This hybrid position combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, allowing for a balanced work approach.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT Project Manager and related IT roles. Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote and office tasks. Experience managing recruitment for contract positions is a plus. Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools.
