Responsibilities

• IT Service Desk: assist with managing the IT service desk and logging user support requests, including remote support where needed.
• Troubleshooting: support users with hardware, software or other IT issues and escalate complex problems.
• IT Asset Management: maintain IT asset registers and inventory records.
• Hardware/Software Maintenance: assist with maintaining hardware, software and related documentation; help arrange repairs.
• IT Projects & Administration: participate in IT projects and assist with project administration; maintain records and reports.
