Solid Systems is seeking IT Administration Graduates to join our Operations team in a structured, collaborative environment. This role focuses on coordination, process adherence, and data management rather than hands-on technical support.

You will work across Technical Coordination, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure smooth workflows and timely updates for clients. A strong foundation in IT service delivery and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed or final-year qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT service delivery and operate as part of an operations team.

• Help ensure processes are followed and information is up to date.
• Support scheduling, handovers, and client communications.
• Take notes and track actions across teams and projects.
