Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Technical Operations Consultant to manage IT infrastructure across hardware, software and network components, ensuring performance, availability and scalable growth in a dynamic environment.

You will monitor systems, resolve incidents, implement best practices, and collaborate with customers to optimize their enterprise tech stacks, including server, storage and security services. Experience with Dell hardware and Microsoft 365/Azure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Monitors and optimises IT infrastructure, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintains high technical standards and resolves incidents efficiently.
• Collaborates with customers on their infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities
