Mustek Limited seeks a hands-on Technician to service, test and repair computer equipment including PCs, tablets, notebooks, monitors, printers and related components. You will provide ICT support to customers and ensure adherence to SLA and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include completing repairs, logging test results, maintaining stock returns, and delivering professional service at the front desk or via phone/email. A Matric and CompTIA A+ are required, with N+ preferred.

Competenze

• Matric is required.
• CompTIA A+ certification is required.
• N+ certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a technician.

Mansioni

• Complete optimum number of repairs per day according to the discipline; minimum 4 per day.
• Complete work within the turnaround time of less than two days.
• Maintain work rate at above 90% of SLA.
• Maintain a rework rate of below 3%.
• Follow the correct test process for international brands.
• Log test results on the server.
• Accept repairs on ERP immediately after removing the item from the customer store.
• Follow up with clients awaiting feedback and update notes on Studio.
