Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience in Custody environment is required.
• Experience on the BaNCS SP system is required.
• Knowledge of Master File Administration processing in BaNCS SP is required.
• Exposure to system testing and Global Custody product set is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Suggest changes to improve work processes to drive value.
• Prepare and share recommendations for process and systems improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and drive improvements with stakeholders.
• Document business/functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify feasible solutions.
• Define metrics and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Ensure implementation of requirements and participate in testing.
