You will play a key role in defining requirements, analyzing processes, and facilitating the implementation of new banking technologies and software enhancements. This is a critical position for driving efficiency and innovation within the bank's technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new banking systems and enhancements using various techniques (e.g., workshops, interviews, surveys).
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes and systems.
• Support the testing and implementation phases of projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate change management activities and provide training on new system functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on the banking and financial services sector.
• Proven experience with core banking systems, financial software, and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and conceptually.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, collaborating effectively both in-person and remotely.
